Gary Penn is a retired Lieutenant from Campbell County Sheriff's Office from Altavista, Virginia, with over two decades of experience in public safety. He served as a patrol officer and investigator early in his career before advancing to leadership roles—including First Sergeant with the Altavista Police Department and later Sergeant with the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office where he worked in administration and as a School Resource Officer.

Throughout his career, Gary built a reputation for integrity, community engagement, and proactive safety work. He now brings that expertise to Penn Security Services, where he provides trusted security consulting and protection services rooted in real-world law-enforcement experience.
